Best workout DVDS 2014
For many people, the main obstacle to regular exercise is lack of time. Unless we decide to do a Michelle Obama and wake up at 4.30 to hit the gym, then there seems to be no time for working out around work, commuting and (most importantly) drinking wine with our mates.
It's no wonder then that TV presenter and fitness goddess Davina has stepped up with a quick fix workout DVD, which is split into handy 15 minute slots: Cardio, Core, Arms, Legs and a relaxing stretching session.
Having tried out Davina's DVDs previously, I was excited to give this one a go. What's great about her fitness videos is that there is always plenty of banter and encouragement, alongside some expertly crafted routines.
Her latest offering certainly doesn't disappoint. If you're just starting out at getting fit then you could do one session a day to gradually build up your muscles and cardio endurance. Personally, I found running a few of the 15 minute sessions together gave a satisfying overall workout – and I could pick and choose the areas I most wanted to target (this WILL be the year when I get some arm muscles!)
Overall, I'd say Davina fans will certainly not be disappointed with her latest offering, and it's a great one for those who want short, sharp routines.
