Great workout just need a few adjustments

I love the work out you can get from this app. I think what should help it even more is letting us know before the workout if you are going to need any equipment. I.e. The chair or weights. Also not everyone can do every exercise on here, maybe at the bottom of each slide put an alternate event to help them out so they don't just skip a who rep. But other than that this is an awesome workout app thanks.

I really like this app I just started back working out and I like how it gets my individual needs I do wish that their was more that didn't have to b purchased so I have to do what I can with what i have I don't think I would have any other apps if I had the full version of this app

Really enjoying this app! The videos make each workout look attainable and they are! Nothing too hard or too easy, each is just right! It's been great to see how quickly you can progress in just a couple of consecutive days! Enjoy!
